Frequently asked questions
- What does a mandate cost?
- The Fiduciary plan is CHF 199 per month and includes up to 25 mandates plus unlimited users. Beyond that, terms are agreed individually.
- Can clients enter data themselves?
- Yes, and that’s the point: the client invoices and uploads receipts, you work on the same data. Roles cleanly separate who may see and change what.
- Is payroll Swissdec-certified?
- No — we say that plainly. Payroll calculates correctly and produces payslips, but it is not Swissdec-certified. For mandates subject to ELM this is a deliberate limitation today.
