What happens after the free plan?
Nothing automatic. Free runs indefinitely with full double-entry accounting and unlimited documents. You choose an upgrade yourself when you need bank reconciliation, dunning or payroll.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, monthly in the customer portal. After cancelling, the organisation falls back to the free plan — your data stays intact and exportable.
What does the AI actually cost?
Every plan includes a monthly credit quota. One credit is roughly one receipt recognition. If that runs out, buy a pack — or add your own API key and pay the provider directly.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes: paying annually drops two months, so you pay ten instead of twelve.
